Site publisher

The website fgi.org.ht is published by the organising committee of HaitiSIG and the Haiti Internet Governance Forum, a multi-stakeholder partnership led by the Internet Society Haiti Chapter (ISOC Haiti) and the Haiti Internet Governance Forum.

The committee's postal address, the exact legal name of the entity behind the initiative and the name of the publication director will be added here once formalised.

Hosting

Information about the host (name, address and contact) will be specified once the site is finally deployed in production.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the editorial content published on this site (text, structure, original graphic elements) is made available under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. You may reproduce, adapt and redistribute it, including for commercial purposes, provided you credit the source: "HaitiSIG & Haiti IGF 2026 — fgi.org.ht".

This licence does not extend to:

  • the logos and trade marks of the initiative and its partners, which remain the property of their respective holders and may not be used without written permission;
  • documents published by third parties and made available on this site, which are subject to the conditions set by their authors;
  • photographs and recordings featuring identifiable people, which are subject to image rights.

Source code

The site is a static site with no database, designed to be auditable and easily taken over by the Haitian technical community. The conditions for making the source code available will be specified by the organising committee.

This site offers links to external resources for documentation purposes. The organising committee exercises no control over that content and cannot be held responsible for its availability, accuracy or evolution.

Liability

Information about the programme, dates, venues and participation arrangements is published for guidance and may change. Items explicitly marked "to be confirmed" are not final. Only official communications from the organising committee are authoritative.
